ORDER for the approval of the Financing Guide for the Effective Gas Reduction Program greenhouse in transport, by promoting the infrastructure for road transport vehicles
energy-free: recharging stations for electric vehicles in localities
Taking into account the Report of the Administration of the Environmental Fund no. 95 / LAF of 28.10.2021 for the approval of the Guide financing the Program for the Reduction of Greenhouse Gas Emissions in Transport by Promoting Infrastructure for energy-efficient road transport vehicles: charging stations for electric vehicles in localities, pursuant to the provisions of art. 12 para. (4) of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 115/2011 regarding the establishment of the framework and the authorization of the Government, through the Ministry of Public Finance, to put out to tender the greenhouse effect attributed to Romania at the level of the European Union, approved by Law no. 163/2012, with amendments and completions subsequent, of art. 57 para. (1), (4) and (5) of the Government Emergency Ordinance no. 57/2019 on the Administrative Code, with subsequent amendments and completions, as well as of art. 13 para. (4) of the Government Decision no. 43/2020 on the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Environment, Waters and Forests, the Minister of Environment, Water and Forests issues this order.
Art. 1. – The Program Financing Guide is approved on the reduction of greenhouse gas emissions in transport, by promoting the infrastructure for passenger vehicles energy-free road transport: railway stations
recharging for electric vehicles in localities, provided in the annex which is an integral part of this order.
Art. 2. – This order is published in the Official Gazette Of Romania, Part I.
