in accordance with the:
– art. 6 paragraph (4) of Law no. 34/2017
regarding the installation of the infrastructure for alternative fuels;
– point 3.5 measure 28 of the Strategy
on the National Policy Framework for the development of the market regarding alternative fuels in the transport sector and for the installation of the relevant infrastructure in Romania, approved by Government Decision no. 87/2018,
pursuant to art. 8 paragraph (6) of the Government Decision no. 980/2015
regarding the organization and functioning of the Ministry of Energy, as subsequently amended and supplemented,
the energy minister issues the following order:
ART. 1
The present order is approved in order to fulfill the obligations arising from the application of the provisions of point 3.5 measure 28 of the Strategy
regarding the National Policy Framework for the development of the market regarding alternative fuels in the transport sector and for the installation of the relevant infrastructure in Romania, approved by the Government Decision no. 87/2018
and for the purpose of providing access to all users of alternative fuel vehicles such as electric and hybrid electric vehicles, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG) vehicles, compressed natural gas (CNG) and liquefied natural gas (LNG) vehicles, vehicles fueled with biofuels and hydrogen fueled vehicles, at refueling and refueling points with alternative fuels.
ART. 2
This order is applied by the economic operators that have refueling and recharging points with alternative fuels accessible to the public.
ART. 3
Within 30 days from the entry into force of this order, all economic operators holding refueling and recharging points with alternative fuels accessible to the public are required to send the Ministry of Energy, as the competent authority, to the fuel e-mail address: comubstibili.alternativi at energie.gov.ro the following information:
a) the exact address and geographical coordinates of the refueling and refueling points with alternative fuels;
b) the type of alternative fuels available at refueling and reloading points;
c) the loading capacities for each refueling and recharging point held;
d) the program of operation of the refueling and recharge points with alternative fuels;
e) contact details (telephone, fax, e-mail) of the operators of refueling and refueling points with alternative fuels.
ART. 4
The economic operators mentioned in art. 2 have the obligation to send to the Ministry of Energy to the e-mail address combustibili.alternatiu@energie.gov.ro any changes regarding the information provided in art. 3 lit. a) -d), within 5 days of their occurrence.
ART. 5
The data mentioned in art. 3 is published on the website of the Ministry of Energy.

This order is published in the Official Gazette of Romania, Part I.
