Biography

Mihaita Gabriel NEACSU has a Master Degree in Intelligent Electric Systems and a Master Degree in Computer Science and Information Technology from Military Technical Academy and a Research Doctor Degree in Electrical Engineering from Politecnico di Torino. He is the President of AVER (Association for promoting electric vehicles in România) since 2016.
