Biography

Founder Member of AVER and one of its main activists, Mrs. Claudia Popescu is PhD in Engineering Sciences, University Professor at University Polytechnic of Bucharest, former Dean of Electrical Engineering Faculty and the President of the National Council for Funding Higher Education. She is the director of Scientific Research Center for Electrical Equipment and Devices from the University Polytechnic of Bucharest.
