Biography

Founder Member of AVER, Mister Popescu is a University Professor at University Polytechnic of Bucharest, author of 23 manuals and books, 12 laboratory guides, 175 articles in magazines and the volumes of some events national and international scientific papers, 23 scientific communications, 10 invited papers, over 70 research contracts (of which 32 as a project director with the topics in electromobility).
