EVs on the first half of 2017

548 new BEVs and PHEVs sold in the first 6 months of 2017 in Romania.

Dacia is preparing to become electric. The Romanian producer says he will also take this step, as several companies around the world have already presented their plans for re-orienting to alternative fuel cars. France has announced that it wants to get off its roads completely, by 2040, cars with gasoline and diesel engines. Now only 4% of the French car market is in this category. In Romania, however, the percentage is even lower, of only 1%.

Ecological car sales grew in Romania almost three times in the first four months of the year. 548 electric and hybrid cars were sold, compared to 195 in the same period of 2016.
Gas stations have immediately adapted to the increase in the number of electric cars, so near the fuel pumps, they have installed battery charging stations.

Who wants to buy an electric car, can benefit from state support of 10,000 euros, ie 45,000 lei. And there's no need to scrap an old car. If he owns an old car, he has an extra 6,500 lei. This means that for the purchase of an electric car the reduction may also be 11,500 euros.
